In the early stages of the 1900’s, F1 originated with primitive cars & elder gentleman drivers, nevertheless the actual F1 contest didn?t start until the 1950s. As the many years drove by and the sporting event enlarged, it swiftly became comprehensible that Formula 1 Racing was the zenith of motorsport. The vehicles were the speediest, the machinery was the most highly developed and the racing drivers were at the peak of their physical wellbeing coming from countries all over the planet.
With the inclusion of sponsorship association, F1 Motor Racing took on its more world wide form and can nowadays be perceived as being big business ? with venture capital reaching millions and even billions of pounds with great ease. With huge business arrives political opinions & every now & then it?s the contacts you are connected to and how much funds you possess that acquires you what you wish. Formula One Racing is entwined with conspiracy stories ? I will declare to being one of them ? but depending on how occupied you want to get in the Formula 1 Motor Racing world, that area of things is quickly discounted. What in actual fact matters is what happens on the track. Are you a fan of Formula 1? If so then find great offers on Formula One Merchandise at F1Tribute.com!
Journeying from country to country all over the land for almost eight months of the year, F1 Racing calls many different countries large and small, rich and underprivileged with rich backgrounds, fascinating habitants and bags of indigenous history to be soaked up. Covering Friday, Saturday & Sunday, a F1 Racing weekend is an extreme journey, from early testing, to the last laps of the race.
The traditional structure incorporates a motor race every couple of weeks. Occasionally the calendar is altered with a little bit & there are grand prixs on back-to-back weekends, or occasionally you have to go one or two weeks before seeing the common Formula One drivers again. Once it is time for the next F1 motor race, you can study the news for your much-loved team as they turn up at their destination. Friday consists of practice meetings, Saturday is for qualifying and Sunday is for competition time.

There are many things in life that are worth protecting. Our children, our valuables, our resources and of course, ourselves. Only twenty years ago, if security was mentioned, you were speaking of protecting your home. And you were most likely discussing a security system, monitoring, watchdogs, firearms and cameras.
With the explosion of the personal computer, and the internet’s ease of access to information, security has now taken on additional roles. With over 605 million people online at any given moment worldwide, criminals are no longer bound by geographic location. Today’s cyber criminal can hack from the comfort of his home just by getting online.
There are software programs that do nothing but scan the internet for un-secure ports and open networks so that they can enter into those unprotected machines to access critical information. There are many users who know little about internet security and rely on their ISP to provide it for them.
To look deeper into this topic, let’s examine the qualities that make security both similar and different. With your home, you have a physical area that you can protect with fire and motion sensors, cameras, glass-break detectors and decals strategically placed to deter would-be thieves. For your computer, you protect a virtual space usually containing sensitive information relevant to your personal finances or key identity theft items such as family names and social security numbers. To protect these resources, one must install software (anti-virus, port scanners, Trojan hunting software, firewalls) as one level of protection. You can also add another layer of security through a hardware firewall of connectivity to and from the internet or network.
Both home security and computer security have maintenance costs associated with them. Reliable home security will usually consist of a one-time fee to install the hardware in your home, and then an agreement to have 24-hour monitoring service for a given length of time. Computer security will consist of buying the software and then either a monthly or yearly subscription fee to receive the latest information and protection from internet threats.
One difference between the two are the methods of monitoring. While computer security is only responsive while the computer is active or online, home security monitoring is responsive at all times provided the system is properly armed.
Another distinction is the method of response. In home security, a human will respond by dispatching police, fire or EMS directly to your home or business site. On a computer, the response is when the software vendor becomes aware of the problem, creates a solution, and has an update available for download.
With the advances of technology, monthly fees for home security monitoring are reasonable for the service they provide. Be warned: not all monitoring companies have the same capabilities when it comes to quick response. That’s one reason why it’s a good idea to make sure that any security company you choose has a UL certification. This can be critical as it indicates that the security company has met stringent standards for management system compliance (such as a back up source of power).
The same methodology should apply for a security software provider. Just because they say they’re the best, doesn’t mean that they are. Due diligence is the user’s responsibility. Your information is too valuable to be taken lightly.
Both home security and cyber security are similar to having insurance. You have it, but you hope you never need it. And if you do need it, you want a company or vendor that has a history of excellent customer service.
There are those people who think that having a firearm is all they need for protection. While that may hold true in some form, a firearm won’t let you know if someone is trying to enter your home through the back door while you are sleeping and notify you or the authorities. Another common perception is that a watchdog will alert a homeowner to intrusion, but again, man’s best friend sleeps 10 to 12 hours a day and can’t notify the police.
There are some computer users who claim that they can detect a virus by the email that is sent with some obvious taglines meant for the user to open and infect the machine.
Not all viruses are in emails, although that is the most common form. They can also be uploaded to a website, or embedded in Java Applets or Active X controls.
Trojans, which can log all of the users keystrokes and sites visited, are secretly downloaded in the form of free games or free software, and are undetectable by anti-virus software. This is the preferred method of attack by a hacker on a machine. By not altering the performance of a machine (like a virus or worm does), the user blissfully continues to use their machine to make online purchases, and enter sensitive information, thinking they are secure, while the Trojan secretly records all of the information and will simply send all of the user’s information at designated intervals to the hacker.
Many times a decision about security measures for your home or computer is based on budgetary constraints. But always consider what it is that you are protecting and how much you would pay to get back whatever was stolen, lost or destroyed if an unfortunate event occurred in your life.

Sometimes our weight loss motivation is derailed….not by tempting high-fat, high sugar foods but by our thoughts! Haven’t we all been there? You’ve exercised until your exerciser explodes; you eat high fiber crunchy vegetables and keep your calorie counts under 1800 calories a day; you shun the foods you so enjoy and yet, when you step on the scale, you have only lost …0 pounds. “O pounds? Oh, no, wait, I’ve actually gained weight! How can this be?”
That’s when the negative self-talk begins…”I’ve never been able to lose weight; I’ll never be able to lose weight; it’s over; I’m done; I’m a loser….where are the brownies??”
I’ve talked this talk before; you could say I’m an expert! But my health is at stake this time. Whether I lose weight or not, high fat and high sugar treats could mean more than just a few extra pounds…it could mean having to go on insulin or high blood pressure medication or it could mean having a stroke and being disabled the rest of my life.
I don’t want to live that way. I just want to be healthy. So when the negative self-talk pops up again, I say to myself, “Yes, I can lose weight. Yes, I can eat right. Yes, I do like salads and I don’t like cookies, cake or candy.” If I keep repeating to myself that I can do it, someday I will look back and see that I did it!
There is a spiritual principle at work here, by the way. It’s called “calling those things that be not as thought they are” principle. To make a long story short (see Romans 4 in the Bible if you want to do further reading on this), a famous person called Abram wanted to be a father. But he had no sons and no prospects since his wife was old and so was he. But God had promised him a son and he knew that God didn’t lie. Still, it was tough to believe. God helped him out by re-naming him “Abraham”, which meant “Father of Many Nations”. For years, everytime he said his own name, he was declaring to himself that he was the Father of many nations. Lo and behold, Sarah, his wife, gave birth to a son named Isaac. And from there, nations were conceived.
Abraham is no different than you or I. He spoke what he wanted; he got what he wanted. We can speak positive things over our lives as well. Losing weight might seem like an insignificant thing compared to Abraham’s desire but in God’s eyes, we are all the same. He is faithful to do what is in His will for those He loves. And certainly, it is in His will for us to be healthy. But we have to do our part, which is to act responsibly and to believe and not allow negative self-talk to rule our lives.

What answer can I give to those who often say
There is no God, why should I bother to pray
Storms of life come in every shape and form
A smooth sailing through life is surely not the norm
When do answers to prayers come, or do they come at all
Does God really hear my prayers when upon His name I call
I must keep on praying although no answer is in sight
My answer may come today or it may come this very night
Where should I pray, in a public or secret place
Should I be standing upright or should I fall upon my face
I’ve heard many prayers prayed in a pretty church
I’ve observed men praying from a lofty perch
Who should I pray to, Jesus is the only one
Who died on the cross, He is God’s only son
I must pray with power like the holy men of old
I my time of need, I must be very bold
Why should I continue to pray, I must ask
Often my prayer time is such a difficult task
Interruptions come and doubt creeps in my head
My heart believes in Jesus, I know that He is not dead
The words of this poem were gleaned from many years
Of praying to Jesus, who has often wiped my tears
I’ve prayed many prayers during the past many days
I know that God hears and answers, in many ways
Without Jesus, I would have no prayers and no hope
Of a better day coming, I must hold on to the rope
The Word of God bids us to pray without ceasing
The prayers of God’s children to Him are very pleasing

When examining futures stock market trading curbs, it`s a
well-known saying that `traders should have a healthy fear of
the market`. It seems like a perfectly reasonable assumption to
make. The market is volatile, and each trade you make is to some
extent unpredictable. But, it`s one thing to learn to accept the
risk of the market, and another entirely to be afraid of it.
Ninety-five percent of the futures stock market trading curbs
errors you are likely to make, those errors which will cause you
to consistently lose money, will be due to your attitudes your
fear about being wrong. Fears of losing money, of missing out on
profitable trades, or of leaving money on the table will cloud
your thinking when you are trading. Your fears can cause you to
act in such a way that what you are afraid will happen. If
you`re afraid of being wrong, your fear will influence your
perceptions of market information in a way that will cause you
to do something that ends up making you wrong.
When you are afraid of something happening, all other possible
outcomes cease to exist. You can`t perceive the other
possibilities, or act on them properly if you do recognize them,
because your fear paralyses you. Physically, fear causes people
to freeze or to run. Mentally, it causes them to narrow their
attention to the object of their fear. This means that thoughts
about other positive stock market trading curbs outcomes, as
well as other information from the market, are barred from your
mind. You can`t think about all the rational things you`ve
learned about the market until the event is over and you are no
longer afraid. Then you will think to yourself, `I knew that.
Why didn`t I think of it then?` or, `Why couldn`t I act on it
then?`
It`s difficult to understand that the source of these problems
is usually our own attitudes. Many of the thinking patterns that
adversely affect our stock market trading curbs are a natural
result of the ways in which we were brought up to see the world.
These thought patterns are so deeply ingrained that it rarely
occurs to traders that the source of their trading difficulties
is internal, and derived from their state of mind. It can seem
more natural to see the source of a problem as external, in the
market. This happens because it feels like the market is causing
pain, frustration, and dissatisfaction. Most traders do not want
to be concerned with such abstract considerations as considering
how their thoughts influence their trades, but understanding how
beliefs, attitudes, and perception effect your futures stock
market trading curbs are as fundamental as learning how to serve
is in tennis.
You could say that understanding and controlling your
perceptions of market information is important only to the
extent that you want to achieve consistent results. You don`t
have to know anything about yourself or the markets to make a
winning trade, just as you don`t have to know the proper way to
swing a tennis racket or golf club in order to hit a good shot
occasionally. The first time you played golf, for instance, you
might have hit several good shots throughout your round, even
though you hadn`t learned any particular technique. But your
score was still probably well over 100 for 18 holes. Obviously,
to improve your overall score, you needed to learn technique.
The same is true for developing good stock market trading curbs
in your trading.
Traders need technique to achieve consistent results. If a
trader isn`t aware of, or doesn`t understand, how their beliefs
and attitudes affect their perception of market information, it
seems as if it is the market`s behaviour that is causing the
lack of consistency. As a result of this perception, it stands
to reason that the best way to avoid losses and achieve
consistent profits is to learn more about the markets.
This bit of logic is a trap that almost all traders fall into at
some point. Unfortunately, this approach doesn`t work. The
market simply offers too many variables to consider, and these
variable often conflict. Furthermore, there are no limits to the
market`s behavior. It can do anything at any time. In fact,
since every person who trades is a market variable, it can be
said that any single trader can cause virtually anything to
happen.
That means no matter how much you learn about the market`s
behavior, and no matter how brilliant an analyst you become, you
will never learn enough to anticipate every possible way the
market can move. If you are afraid of being wrong or losing
money, you will never learn enough to compensate for the
negative effects these fears will have on your ability to be
objective and to act without hesitation. You can`t be confident
in the face of constant uncertainty by acquiring information.
The hard, cold reality of stock market trading curbs is that
every trade has an uncertain outcome. Unless you learn to
completely accept the possibility of an uncertain outcome, you
will try, either consciously or unconsciously, to avoid any
possibility you consider painful. In the process, you`ll subject
yourself to any number of costly self-generated errors.
You can get over the bad futures stock market trading curbs by
accepting the risk, and moving beyond your fears, you can
greatly increase your ability to be a consistently profitable
trader. This requires self-knowledge and discipline, but the
rewards that can be attained on the market more than make the
effort worthwhile.

Most people I know of complain they can’t exercise because they simply do not have the time to exercise.
Running is my main form of exercise. So I thought the other day how much time I was spending on running.
Since I run about 10 or 12 miles a week, and it usually takes me a comfortable 45 minutes to run 3 miles, I figure I must be spending four 45 minutes, or 180 minutes - 3 hours a week running. Add to this the occasional 6 milers I try to squeeze in to my running schedule and I’d be up to 4 hours a week.
4 hours a week. That does not sound much, does it?
This is my rule of thumb for runners - you have to run TWICE your RACING DISTANCE in a week.
If for example you are racing 5K or classify yourself as a “5K runner” then I figure you should be running a minimum of 10K in a week, or 6.2 miles.
If you think you are a 10K runner or getting ready for a 10K footrace, then you should be running twice that distance, or about 12 miles a week.
Things get really though for really long distance runners.
Imagine getting ready for a marathon, for example, 26 miles roughly. Then you should be running like 52 miles a week! If you run a mile at 8 minutes on the average, that translates to 416 minutes, or almost 7 hours a week!
If you are running at 10 minutes a mile pace, you would need to run over 8 hours per week. Since you cannot run every single day, this would mean that you have to run over 2 hours on some days. That sounds a little bit too much for my old aching knees.
So if you’re getting ready for a marathon or half-marathon I understand how you might run into a time scarcity problem.
But if you are running a couple of slow miles a week, you shouldn’t have any difficulty squeezing that into your daily schedule comfortably. The fact that your “wear and tear” would be at a minimum means you won’t need a long recuperation period either.
Long distance runners have that problem as well. Not only they need long hours to train but they need equally long ours to recuperate as well and heal those burning muscles and ligaments.
Creating the time for exercise requires CONSCIOUS CHOICES between different alternatives competing for your limited time.
For me, this is how the decision making goes:
Running or washing the car? (Running.)
Running or mowing the lawn? (Running.)
Running or breakfast (if I’m late for work)? (Running.)
Running or shopping? (Running.)
Running or watching the NBA finals? (Well …)
Running or visiting our friends? (Visiting the friends.)
Running or watching a movie? (Depends. 50-50.)
So as long as you can make a little sacrifice from your regular routine and as long as car washing and grass cutting can wait for another few hours, I’m sure you’ll be able to find a few hours a week to maintain your health and enjoy yourself.

Women at mid-life have one of the highest levels of stress found in our culture today. This is not surprising, given the multiple roles they carry, the expectations of our culture, and the speed of our lifestyle. Mid-life women are working in positions of responsibility on a scale never previously reached by women. At the same time, there is a 50 percent chance they are single, and another 50 percent chance that they are caring for children or parents (or both) in some capacity. More than four out of 10 adults in the United States between the ages of 45 and 55 - mostly women - are caring for a child as well as for an older adult, usually a parent. Of those caregivers, 64 percent are employed full- or part-time, according to the National Alliance for Caregiving.
What are we talking about when we talk about life balance? I was prompted to write this article when I realized that most women don’t need yet another set of instructions for “traditional” life balance. I am weary of life-balance articles that give women the message that there are “ten easy steps.” We mid-lifers grew up with the feminist movement that gave us a model to “do it all” − make the bacon and fry it up in a pan. Many of us, including me, have found this does not work.
What are the real underlying issues of life balance that affect most women? What do we want, and what stands in our way? Are we given a cultural image of “life balance” that is a myth? Do we need to consider another model so we can feel a bit better about this whole concept?
Life balance, the basics. So what exactly is life balance? At the most basic level, for me and for many other mid-life women, it is about head space.
Within that head space, that inner process, a multitude of possibilities exists for me. For one, I can sort my priorities and not just go on autopilot. Recently I went through one of those times where I lost sight of my head space for too long. I found that my diet had gone south, and I was working each day without any personal agenda. In essence, I was getting nowhere.
Most significantly, if we don’t have head space, we lose the ability to really be alive. What could be more important?
Expendable time. This peace of mind requires that we have time. Although each of us has 24 hours deposited into our daily bank account, we all have very different auto drafts from our account. Two of my good friends are examples.
Consider, Christie, a full-time hospital scrub nurse, aged 45 and married mother of two children who are 12 and 14. Christie’s husband is in sales and travels Monday through Thursday. Christie’s mother, aged 71, lives nearby and is recovering from cancer. Christie helps her mother with doctor appointments and various other needs, shuttles her kids to sports and activities, and also keeps the home “running.” Christie frequently goes into over-draft on her time and finds herself up before 5 am in order to get head space.
In contrast, is Lucy, aged 46, a rural support nurse who is married and has no children of her own, although she does have 20- and 22-year-old stepchildren. Lucy’s parents are in great health and live in a different part of the country. Lucy’s husband is semi-retired and has taken over many of the household chores. Although Lucy does travel on her job, she is able to come home and enjoy herself. She participates in triathlons and is learning to do stone carving.
It is clear that time is an asset that can have a great impact on our life balance. Understanding this concept can help mid-life women to quit beating themselves up, and instead to start to move forward and discover ways to find life balance.
Support. Support allows us to feel safe, and to have peace of mind. Women need support in the four quadrants of mind/body/spirit/emotions. How do we get this?
One of the biggest lessons of my own mid-life has been the understanding that the “mind-reading” my mother taught me doesn’t get me anything. In other words, slamming the door, sighing heavily, or crashing pots and pans does not get my needs met. I was taught, as many women were in my generation, that we are to do it all and never ask for help. This is nonsense.
We need to learn how to ask for help. Take out a piece of paper, and make four quadrants. Label them “mind,” “body,” “spirit,” and “emotions.” List how and where you get support for each area. Where are the holes? Chances are you feel unbalanced where you have no support. Where do you need to ask for help?
Beyond the basics. Sue Shellenbarger, in her recent book Breaking Point, says that mid-life crisis for women is driven by an underlying need for creativity and life meaning. Once you are able to gain the head space needed to balance your life, and the support to do it, you have the capacity to create opportunities to do the things that you love. I find that many mid-life women don’t know what they love to do. They know that something is missing, but can’t put their finger on it. One way to find out is to ask yourself, if you had a day to do anything you loved, what would it be? If you have lived whole your life making the bacon and frying it up in a pan, you have not explored your playful side. Life is too serious.
Balance for mid-life women is not a myth if it can be defined and experienced in its smallest denominator, that of head space. For some woman, achieving head space is a monumental step and a true beginning. Beyond that basic, balance is individually driven. As women, our homeostatus, or equilibrium, meter is complex. We have years of expectations and beliefs that cover our sensing mechanism. We must take pains to ensure that life balance is not another achievement where we fall short. We are worth it!

Divorce is a very important issue for a family person. It not only involves the lives of the couple, but perhaps more importantly, the lives of their children, who are sometimes of a tender age and cannot easily reconcile with the new situation. Responsible parents should, therefore, think of the welfare of their children before taking such a drastic step.
However, if you have taken an irrevocable decision to part ways, it is natural to initiate the legal process, the first step of which is filling out the Legal Forms for filing the lawsuit in the court.
Now unfortunately, it may happen you are short of funds to consult a lawyer, whose heavy fees may burn a deep hole in your pocket. So the cheapest course in such circumstances would be to go shopping for Legal Forms and make your own effort to start the proceedings. Legal Forms are easily available from stationery or bookstores in your local market. They are also available from law firms.
The easiest way, however, is to surf the Internet, which offers innumerable sources for such forms. You can get them free of for a low price. The word ‘free’ attracts those who are short of funds. But a form delivered free may be outdated and incompletely formatted, or may just be irrelevant to your state or the time. Even the paid ones may be fallacious.
Get the form and, before rushing to fill it, go to your local law center or library and get the latest official version of the form. Still better, you can approach your local law court clerk and ask for the form, which can be supplied either free or at a nominal cost. It is always advisable to consult an expert lawyer in such crucial matters as divorce.
Legal Forms provides detailed information about legal forms, business legal forms, divorce legal forms, free legal forms and more. Legal Forms is the sister site of Medical Power Of Attorney.

Many newer golfers (and a few older ones, too) have a tendency to misalign themselves when they take their stance. Normally, what they will do is aim way right of the target and they do this for a reason. Players who are misaligned from the get go and aim right are usually players who try to swing with their arms. When they do this the ball will almost always take off to the left. So what they are doing with this “right side” target trick is trying to fix a problem before it even happens!
In theory, this shouldn’t be a problem…but this is not theory, it’s golf. When an “arm swinger” forces his ball back on the fairway by overcompensating his alignment, he thinks he’s doing himself a favor. But on those occasions when he actually makes a good, solid full body swing, his ball zips off into the trees on the right or into a right side bunker and he gets mad, and what’s worse is that by using this misaligning method he’s never going to reach his full potential as a golfer.
These players need to work on the basics of their swing, using their body as a whole and not just their arms. But they also need to know what their alignment is.
So how can you (or anyone else for that matter) see what your alignment is to the target?
Well, here’s a simple and very effective tip to determine what your target alignment really is.
Take a stance (your usual stance), aim at a target that you would hit at, and then lay a club down on the ground from toe to toe. Now step back about 8 or 10 paces behind the ball and club that you laid down and sight down the club. Sighting down this club will reveal your alignment.
If the club is a bit left of the target, then you’re fine. But if it’s to the right of the target, you are out of alingment. Simple but effective.
If you discover that you are out of alignment (that the club on the ground is pointing to the right of the target) then you need to work on squaring up your stance.
Being square to the target is one of the most important tips in golf. Every ball you hit will be effected by this stance–either in a good way or (if you’re in a misaligned stance) a bad way. It really is that simple.
Now when you are certain that you are in a square stance, hit a few balls. If the ball goes way left of the target, you know you are pulling it by trying to use too much of your arms. If the ball goes way right, you know you are allowing your body to slide too much through impact.
By being in a square stance and evaluating a few practice shots, you can determine a lot about your swing and those areas that you need to work on.

Elliptical trainers, sometimes also known as cross trainers, are very useful and effective exercise machines. Although they are not essentially complicated, as with all new types of equipment, it is a good idea to learn how to use elliptical trainers properly to get the maximum benefit from them. That way you are less likely to incur any injury or discomfort and achieve a fat fighting, body-toning workout at the same time.
When you a first learning how to use elliptical trainers, it is best to follow the manual that is supplied with the machinery and also to start slowly until you are sure of what you’re doing and what your tolerance levels are. Only then should you safely build up to a higher level and increase your activity. Although elliptical trainers are a very safe and low impact form of exercise, it is always best to check with your doctor before starting on the new exercise system. Elliptical trainers can subject you to a high level of aerobic activity and increased heart rate and although this is generally good for you, it is always worth checking with your doctor as to whether your health is good enough to start on a dynamic exercise program.
One of the best ways to learn how to use elliptical trainers, even if you have just bought your own machine, is to got to your local gym and use their machines. That way, you get used to using the machine into safe environment, where qualified instructors can tell you the best way to safely use the cross trainer and how to monitor your heart rate and extract the maximum benefits from your time on the machine. They can also tell you how long and what level you should start out at, how long you should exercise for, and also the best way to build up when your tolerance levels are higher and you want to progress further.
Another good way to learn how to use elliptical trainers, if you prefer to do it at home, is to buy an instructional video. Although you usually get instructions when you buy the machine, many people are much better at learning visually, and actually seeing somebody do the exercises and showing you how to use the equipment is the best way for some to learn the correct way of doing things. This is usually relevant to the cheaper machines as many of the more expensive ones are already supplied with a video to help you get started with your workouts.
No matter what method you choose to learn from it is a good idea to get some form of instruction so that you can safely get the best possible workout from your new cross trainer exercise equipment.
